Production for my first book, A Space for Faith: The Colonial Meetinghouses of New England, is now well underway. The publisher is Peter E. Randall Publisher in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and the distributor is Enfield Publishing and Distribution.

This beautiful hardcover book showcases my colonial meetinghouse photographs, and contains an historical essay, foreword, and preface by several prominent writers. I am currently reviewing page proofs, and I am really excited about how it is looking. The book will have the same attention to detail that goes into my photographs, and it will be beautiful. Thanks to some grant funding, I am able to offer it for $35. Deluxe and Collector's editions are also available.

The current estimate is that books will arrive in February, 2010 and I am offering a FREE SHIPPING deal to people who pre-order the book now via Enfield's secure web site.

Follow this link to learn more: Click to go to book web site Did I mention FREE SHIPPING?

Why offer free shipping? Put quite simply, your purchase at this time helps me pay the printer.

If you would like to give this book as a gift this holiday season, after you place your order please Contact Paul with your name and address and let me know, and I will send you a gift card, which you may personalize, announcing that your gift will be shipped in February.

The free shipping deal ends November 30. THANK YOU!

I am also quite pleased to announce that a 6-page spread of my meetinghouse photographs are featured in the November/December 2009 edition of Yankee Magazine, together with a very complementary article by Assistant Editor Justin Shatwell. The article not only tells the story of New England's colonial meetinghouses, but also describes me and my photography.
